For purchases

Registration fee

A non-refundable £1000 is payable upon the signing of Terms. This will retain Daniel’s services for a period of up to 12 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

Home search fee

1.5% of the purchase price or 20% of the difference between the asking and accepted price, whichever is greater. Payable upon exchange.

A staged payment may be required, either at a pre-agreed time-milestone within the initial 12 week period or at a definitive practical stage of the search process.

After the expiry of the initial 12-week term, if the client wishes to retain Daniel’s services a retainer will be agreed between both parties.

Investment property search (including the northern buy-to-let property-find service)

A one-off fee is chargeable for Daniel’s northern buy-to-let property finding service. Applicable to properties under £400k. Please ask on application.

Once a property is found, Daniel can introduce you to the best local letting and managing agents with whom he has established links. If you’d like him to act as intermediary in the tenant-find and letting phases, a set fee of £400 will be charged.

For rentals

An initial registration of £1000.

A search fee equivalent to one month’s rent is charged upon securing the property. A minimum charge of £1750 applies.
